We are Jacob and Jamie, a husband and wife investment team that started with a duplex purchase in Mound, MN in 2016 and quickly saw the wealth building opportunities real estate can offer. After spending the next 5 years building our investment portfolio, we both left our full time jobs to pursue our investment goals, focusing our efforts on high value-add properties and purchasing deals that require an extensive amount of renovation. Jamie supports our team of Realtors and manages our consulting business by helping clients source, analyze, finance and grow wealth through real estate.
Jamie also leads the design process for our renovations and oversees our rental management.
